No reply to any emails only automated ones, no reply to any messenger messages, no reply to any twitter messages, and an automated message on the phone line that says they're are busy and it cuts off !!!!!
Wish I had seen the endless crappy reviews before ordering !!!

“Returned 2 dresses over 6 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund. They have acknowledged the return but still no refund, I feel robbed and cheated, especially as they refuse to get back to all the emails I’ve been sending. Potential shoppers, don’t give these thieves your money as you will never see it back if you return anything. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID”
“Ordered two dresses, returned one and still waiting on a refund it’s been well over the 28 day period was returned 27th scanned into the warehouse on the 6th and told multiple times that it is being issued still nothing. Used the company for years for occasion wear but would not use again after this”

“I sent my order back to the warehouse on 26th June, which customer services said they received. Customer services said could take a month but now its been over 6 weeks and still they haven't refunded me. They are not reply to my e-mails and you cannot ring them.

“I returned an item to Chi Chi London over a month ago. I was not able to contact their customer service via telephone, so I sent them an email with proof that they had in fact received the return item and that I required my refund. To date, one month on, I am yet to receive my refund of £62.49. I am not a happy customer and will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone else. I fail to understand why they find it necessary to hold on to their customers funds after the item or items have been returned. This is not a reputable company.”

“Ordered 2 jumpsuits both sane size by mistake.emailed them to ask if they could amend my order before it was despatched.email came back to say they couldnt amend the order so they cancelled the full order and still took the payment of 111.60 out of my bank.i then emailed them to ask when i would get the money back for an order they cancelled and still took payment for and guess what no email back with response.this is wrong on so many levels.dont think i will ever order from them again.i was very nice in my email but i am disgusted with this company”
“Reading these reviews... if I don't get my money next week. Which will be 40days, I am reporting this company to small court claims... Done it before with different scammers and they paid £... in the blink of an eye. Not that rich to let them keep £300.”

They do not refund you even after waiting the stated 28 days
You get replies saying your in the Que for a refund and you wait and wait and wait
I have reported them to PayPal and instagram and will be taking it further
My quess is they are making a loss and will shortly go into administration”
“I ordered a dress which wasn't suitable so I returned it. In the small print it says refunds can take up to 28 days. When it was approaching 28 days, I contacted chi chi who told me it would take 28 days for refund. When it came to day 29, I messaged again with no reply then a couple of days later with no reply. I then disputed the transaction with my credit card. The next day chi chi emailed me to apologise for the delay and their refunds team are working on it. Now day 36, my credit card messaged me to say that they will refund me tomorrow. Lovely dresses but not worth the hassle of the returns process. Poor communication and after sales.”

Paid £36.00 for a dress plus £3.99 postage.
Sent dress back as not suiting me and paid £3.99 return postage.
After a couple of months waiting for a refund and a few emails enquiring why my refund was taking so long they refunded me £32.01 ( a shortfall of £3.99)
Don’t know how they are still trading.

Ordered some dresses totalling £150 on 29th May, sent them back within a week they were received back on the 8th June & im still waiting for a refund 37 days later. They are now ignoring emails. Makes me concerned they are in financial difficulty. Do not use!!!!”
“Do not buy anything from these people! Dress arrived posted back on 7th June l my tracking confirmed it arrived with them on 11th. Several emails later I am still awaiting my refund. They initially just delayed saying 28days plus 2-5 to process and that more emails would come. They have stated the item was scanned into their warehouse on 14th June yet we are on 13th July and no money! Shocking service and going by the other reviews I am not the only person in this position! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They are breaching statutory rights and in my opinion this is now theft!”

And dresses are cheap only for one time use !”
