I returned an item to Chi Chi London over a month ago. I was not able to contact their customer service via telephone, so I sent them an email with proof that they had in fact received the return item and that I required my refund. To date, one month on, I am yet to receive my refund of £62.49. I am not a happy customer and will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone else. I fail to understand why they find it necessary to hold on to their customers funds after the item or items have been returned. This is not a reputable company.
