Disgusting company.
Paid £36.00 for a dress plus £3.99 postage.
Sent dress back as not suiting me and paid £3.99 return postage.
After a couple of months waiting for a refund and a few emails enquiring why my refund was taking so long they refunded me £32.01 ( a shortfall of £3.99)
Don’t know how they are still trading.
I couldn’t be bothered to chase this up any more. Just glad to see the back of them
