“I've had a bad experience with Chi Chi in the past, waiting over a month for a refund. However this time I waited less than a week for the email confirming my return had been received and for the refund to arrive in my bank. I did pay £12 postage to return my items as I wanted to make sure they were returned to the warehouse ok, but I do think it's worth it for piece of mind. Hopefully they are trying to turn their negative reviews around!”

“Chi Chi sell beautiful dresses. The quality is amazing and always find something for a Wedding and/or special occasion. They have always washed on a normal wash for me and can be worn time and time again. My favourite dresses are from Chi Chi.”

“I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses, they were shipped straight away and were in impeccable condition. The products have a really good quality and all fit very well. It was a tight game to choose a winner. I will definitely be coming back for more items in the future!”

“Dresses lovely. All emails read and answered and to be fair the refund process was exactly as customer service explained when they answered by queries. But.... Refunds take too long. Waiting over a month isn't exceptable. But from reading other reviews I should be happy I'm not waiting 3 months plus like some customers.”

“Haven't returned money back I bought 5 dresses. Only one fit well, the rest were two big. I returned them to the store and received their confirmation of the receipt on 14th July 2023. They say in their policy that they refund returned goods as quickly as rthey can. It can take up to 28 days for thereturn to be processed, and a further 2-5 working days for the refund to either enter your account. It has been 52 days since they confirmed the receipt of the goods and I still haven't received my money back despite two emails I sent them. In case a Chi Chi London customer team member reads this, the number of my order is 571576.”

“Lovely dresses but not right when arrived refund has taken weeks no reply to emails they received dresses back on may 1st still no refund will not be ordering again . What a shame”

“I purchased a dress internationally from Chi Chi and used their sizing guide online to find the size. First off, the shipping came in late and when I asked about what this meant for my shipping costs the company said shipping times were an "average estimate". They don't even stand by their shipping dates! The only reason I even notified someone of the shipping date was because I received an email from them when the item shipped saying, "let us know if it doesn't get here after 6 business days." What a joke. When it finally came the way the dress front looked was different than the online photos, and the collar hung funny and loosely even though the body of the dress fit fine. When I emailed customer service assuming I received a faulty product, they blamed "fit" and said I could return the item. I wouldn't mind returning a faulty item, except that I had to pay for shipping AND customs to get it back and worry that my money had been wasted the whole time waiting on a refund. Other companies such as Boohoo have international FREE returns. Gave 2 stars because the customer service did actually respond, it just wasn't helpful. I will not be ordering from Chi Chi again.”

“Bought the "joss" dress and was nothing like it was on line, very poor quality paid 60 euro not worth 15 euro. Because yoy have to return via tracker post it cost me a further 14 euro... Very disappointed. Would not buy from the company again.”

“If I could give minus stars I would!! Absolutely appalling from this company! Took my money for 2 coats for which I pays extra for next day delivery! No coats arrived, they’re refusing to give tracking details to prove the coats were shipped, refusing to give a refund and now refusing to answer my emails!!! I have contacted trading standards and next who actually sell their coats, unaware they’re scammers!!!”

“Awful company, if I could give zero stars I would. They think it's acceptable to refund with a gift card instead of the original way of purchase, and then to deducted the return charge meaning I've lost out on money cause their sizings are so bad nothing fits. I certainty will not be shopping with ChiChi London in the future.”

“I order two dresses and had to return them due to size and I was not given a refund after weeks of being told i needed to wait 28 days this was months ago. I had already purchased 4 dresses in the passed people have since asked where did you buy before this I would have been glad to say now I just tell them NO WAY !!!I was surprised and distressed that I would not get a refund on two dresses they were not cheap I would not recommend them to anyone as I wouldn't want anyone to go through this it has been very stressful.”
