I've had a bad experience with Chi Chi in the past, waiting over a month for a refund. However this time I waited less than a week for the email confirming my return had been received and for the refund to arrive in my bank. I did pay £12 postage to return my items as I wanted to make sure they were returned to the warehouse ok, but I do think it's worth it for piece of mind. Hopefully they are trying to turn their negative reviews around!
