Awful company, if I could give zero stars I would. They think it's acceptable to refund with a gift card instead of the original way of purchase, and then to deducted the return charge meaning I've lost out on money cause their sizings are so bad nothing fits. I certainty will not be shopping with ChiChi London in the future.
