“Ordered a dress back in August I returned as it was not suitable they received the retuned dress and they emailed me to confirming they received it to date I still have not received my money

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a dress that I want to return. None of the returns links on their website worked, so I contacted customer services. 10 days later I was sent a link to the 'upgraded returns portal' only to be presented with a message saying that I was out with the returns window, which was untrue. More messages to customer services to finally receive an email today apologising and providing the same link but with the assurance that the return window had been extended for me, as I was now out with the 30 days given the time it had taken for customer services to reply to me. I've just attempted to logon tonight to be met with the same out with the returns window message. I am beyond frustrated. What makes matters worse is that cookies on their site recognise that I am visiting the website (to check if the links are working) and I am now being bombarded by emails and texts saying 'hey we noticed you checking us out'. I love ChiChi clothes but I will never buy from them again.”
