Returned a dress mid August received email from Chi Chi to say it had been received by them. Still no refund, I’ve emailed them 3 times. Apparently Next sell their merchandise thru their online shopping. STAY AWAY FROM CHI CHI you won’t get your money back!!! Disgusting and very disappointed ☹️
