Placed 2 separate orders, 4 dresses in total. One dress was skater style and the hem was far from straight. The others, overall I expected better quality for the money so I ended up sending them all back. Chi Chi confirmed receipt of my items on 16th May. Then the wait....... The confirmation email tells you to wait 28 days then a further 2-5 working days (for what? I don't know). Chased up after waiting the ridiculous 5 weeks to be told my refund is due shortly... What does that mean?? They are outside of THEIR OWN refund policy, then to not even give a timeframe is unacceptable. If I do not hear today, I will go through Paypal for my refund.
