Dress zip broken couldn’t even try it on .
Returned 12th July. Still no refund .
Received 1 email saying they received the faulty dress back in the 24th July and will be up to 28 days for a refund . Well that’s been and gone and still no refund. It’s a cost of living crisis. Will never buy from this company again absolutely disgusting customer services . Sent another 6 emails chasing no reply and no one ever answers the phone .
