I returned two items and still no refund. Theu confirmed they have it. They ignore emails and don’t answer the phones. Replied to me on TikTok telling me to email but then ignore you when you do. I am so tired of it. I’m exhausted with fighting. They now owe me £111. I have cancer and on chemo. Ordered the dresses for a charity event I was going to. Have to order something else and spend more money. I don’t know how they get away with it. The should be ashamed
