I ordered some dresses for my daughter to try for a wedding and sent back the ones that didn’t suit, which we got refunded for. While at the wedding my daughter notice the stitching on the dress had come away so we got in touch with chi chi who asked for photos, which we sent and they offered us 20% back which we refused. Eventually after numerous emails back and forth we were told they didn’t receive the dress to which we then sent proof of posting and proof that they had received the dress, they eventually agreed on a full refund which we are still waiting for. My husband emailed them again last night and they said we had been refunded but that was for the dresses that we initially returned and not the faulty one. This is so unprofessional this has been going on since the 27th of August and it’s now the 23rd of November. We were told on the 31st October it have been sent to the refund department 🤷🏼♀️. I have bought from here numerous times but you’ve lost a customer. Please refund us what we’re due.
