AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! ***
I returned my order on the 12th of November and after a few weeks they finally confirmed that they have received my return on the 25th of November and that they would refund me within 28 days.
Fast forward 28 days and i was told i would get my refund by the end of the week. Message them on friday and they say i would get my refund bu the end of the day! Did i?? Nope.... now its bank holidays and they are of course close.
They phone lines are also always closed!
Refund me my £250!!
I have reported you to Trading Standards!
