I ordered a dress for my 40th Birthday. It never arrived and so when I enquired they had said it had been returned to their warehouse even though I had not received it. That was over a month ago now and I still have not received a refund. I have tried calling, emailing and messaging of various sites and I am completely ignored. They took the €105 from me, I never got the dress and now no refund!! I never write reviews but this has infuriated me!
