No Refund No Dress
I sent back a dress and was told I couldnt have a refund but a e-voucher. I sent back the dress and I've not heard from them since. I have sent a total of 8 follow up emails/messages. Not one response. When I search complaints I can see its happpend to many many people before me!! Terrible
