DO NOT BUY FROM CHICHI LONDON!!!!!! I haven't received order yet, I should have known better in the first place as this is my second time being screwed over by them. The first was at the start of this year when I ordered 3 flower girl dresses, one arrived within a week, the other two over 2 months later and were different quality and colours, as if manufactured by different companies?? It caused me great stress and anxiety coming up to my wedding...i stupidly ordered from them again (another flowergirl dress as it was too late to change them for my wedding) and another dress for myself...i am STILL waiting!!!!! Then i received an email which basically blamed the current covid situation, which is laughable really considering I have received other online purchases on time from the UK and US. I am an online shopper, I love it, but can categorically say that I will never ever order from Chichi London again. The worst online shop ever.
