Awful customer service. I've bought regularly from them in the past but wont be buying from them again. Bought 2 dresses for my daughter and my wife , however they didnt fit so i returned them. Unfortunately the returm fell 1 day outside the return window and i was told a refund would not be given. I was them asked to pay another £6 to have my dresses posted back to me or alternatively they would very kindly 'dispose of them' ie: resell them.
Both dresses are now on vinted😡
