If I could give 0 I would. I have never left a bad review for a company so I hope this conveys just how bad my experience with chi chi has been. I returned the items over 6 weeks ago and I am yet to receive a refund. Every step of the way the customer service has been poor - I have outlined just some of the issues below.
1. I was incorrectly told that I was out of date for my return
2.Numerous phone calls to customer service were unanswered and were disconnected once I became 'first in line', having waited nearly an hour on hold climbing up the queue
3. The refund has not been processed within the time limit, according to UK law
"You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason." (Extract from UK government website)
