The customer service very rude and unhelpful. I called them today (wednesday 26/02) to upgrade my delivery to be next day delivery and they send me email my package being dispatched instead and said I can’t amend my order. I’m not asking for free, I’m willing to pay extra for next day delivery. They can’t even help with this simple request! The girl I spoke on the phone speak in high voice and over talk me. No service given from this company.
