Shocking customer service!
I ordered 2 dresses (flower girl dresses) both had to be returned due to postponed wedding with current situation. Like many others trying to get refund is ridiculous. Been told VARIOUS stories when its been processed (3 different dates) & when it should reach my account. Dresses lovely BUT customer service terrible. Do not order!
