I would choose to give no stars if they have an option. Just the worst online shopping experience i never had. I purchase £340 wroth of dress and unfortunately have to return all. I didnt got full refund after waiting for a month. when I talked to customer service they refer me to klarna saying I have done payment through them and chichi london cant help about it i have to call Klarna. when i called Klarna they asked me to go back to CHICHI london as they havent processed with the full payment. I again have to call back to CHICHI London and finally they sort out the issues. I found customer service was not helpful at all and wasnt even appology for their mistake. would not recommomded. very unsatisfised.
