I ordered a dress from Chi Chi that arrived faulty with a split seam. Sent it straight back and have been chasing and chasing them for my refund! After speaking to their Customer Service team, Nicola promised me a full refund of the dress, including the postage! I have now, finally, been refunded the price of the dress but they are refusing to refund my postage cost because it was delivered on time! I do not care whether it has arrived on time or not, the product was not fit for purpose therefore why should I not receive a refund of the postage costs. They are an absolute joke of a company, with rude customer service that promises things and then cannot deliver. Avoid this company at all costs!
