**Shocking Customer Service – Avoid This Company** I ordered a bed with a Kids Avenue Sleeptight PREMIUM Pocket Mattress (£199) but received a much cheaper foam mattress with no pocket springs (£129). My daughter found it incredibly uncomfortable, and when I realised it wasn’t the right one, I reached out to customer service with clear proof that what I received was not what I ordered. Instead of helping, they refused responsibility because "too much time had passed" and the mattress had been used. They blamed their supplier and even implied I was lying! Despite my evidence, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and disregarded the photos. To top it off, they disconnected the conversation when I asked for the supplier's contact details and told me to contact Citizens Advice. Absolutely untrustworthy – avoid this company if you want honest customer service and the products you actually paid for!
