This place took an online order from me on a Sunday and I needed to cancel it immediately. They don't have customer service on Sunday's. I contacted C/S on Monday to find out that I have to wait until the goods get shipped to the store before I can cancel my order. They said there is no other way. You can take my money but cant refund it even before the order shipped out? Poor logistics and management if you ask me.
