“This place took an online order from me on a Sunday and I needed to cancel it immediately. They don't have customer service on Sunday's. I contacted C/S on Monday to find out that I have to wait until the goods get shipped to the store before I can cancel my order. They said there is no other way. You can take my money but cant refund it even before the order shipped out? Poor logistics and management if you ask me.”

And they need better quality boots bought my daughter some metallic boots there and they already fallen apart the boots were supposed to be 23.00 thats whats what it showed online and I told rhe cashier seemed like she didnt care got charged 39.00 dollars she talking about they do price match lol Whatever!!”
