bad information system, no order datils, no order history, no tracking details, no updated emails regarding any issue with your order, no special treatment for VIP customers as it was before when it was not belonging to next. since childsplay offers luxury brands with high cost it is important to offer an easy and fast return process with at least reasonable return fees as other sites that sell the same luxury brands and offer free return fees so the customer feels relaxed and comfortable when he or she buys a high priced item and that item don't fit his or her kids ( they knows that the return is easy and the company will take care of the return so they don't be frustrated). before, if you are a VIP customer= you are special so you can access the sale items earlier than other customers. this is an advantage for VIP customers to save their loyalty to your site. A lot of things had changed since the next owned the site, unfortunately.
