We are repeat customers of Chilton's and are very pleased with both furniture quality as well as customer service. They appear to be making a strong effort to stay close to their customers as they expand sales---their follow-up calls and emails are appreciated.
One suggestion would be to provide furniture care instructions and/or kits to ensure the long life of their pieces.
