There was a mix up in what I ordered and the piece of furniture was delivered before I realized it. When I called everyone was responsive and respectful. Zac in service was, however, a real stand out. He put a lot of time and effort into finding the right replacement, making sure I was satisfied with it, and then making the switch. And I live over 6hrs from the store. I was very impressed by him and the quality of employees at Chilton.
