I spoke with Eleanor at Chilton in Freeport on two occasions and her knowledge and customer service was exceptional. Both gentlemen at the Scarborough office were incredibly helpful as well and Zac packed ten chairs and a desk very carefully with the moving blankets I had brought. I ended up exchanging four of the chairs for black Concord chairs so that all ten chairs match. We are using four in the kitchen and will add those to the six in the dining room at Thanksgiving.
