We had a dining room chair that we bought over a decade ago that had broken. I contacted them to ask about how to facilitate and pay for a repair. They researched and offered to repair for free (including shipping to and from the factory)! You ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for, and I've never been more satisfied with a purchase.
