Your customer service people are outstanding. We talked with Dennis and Zac on several occasions and they were knowledgeable about the products, shipment, cancellation of an item and the addition of an item to the order, holding shipment while our house was under construction, etc. Nothing phased them and they always returned calls promptly...much appreciated!
