It was simply to order. I called and a human answered and easily and quickly took my order. The bed arrived a few weeks early than scheduled (wonderful!) and the guys who delivered the bed were cheerful and very helpful. Goodness, if everyone from Maine is like Chilton employees, than maybe I should move to Maine.
