On the deposit page, there is a "continue" button that actually submits the payment. That was a shock to me.
"Continue" indicates proceeding to the next page and typically we review a summary before we process a payment. "Submit" indicated submitting for payment. I didn't like that I didn't have a confirmation before I paid.
Other review, I'm curious why you're asking me to review you when I haven't even taken the cruise or interacted with you outside of this. Feel free to ask me once i've been on the cruise.
Your organization could use some tweaking.
