“The service I received from Chimu was outstanding. Lisa was very helpful and took the time to give suggestions and put together an itemised itinerary for us taking into account our interests. I would highly recommend Lisa and Chimu. We were recommended Chimu by friends of ours, and I can certainly say, they exceeded my expectations.”

“Excellent, friendly and helpful service and advice was provided by Lisa Easton when I recently booked my Antarctica cruise for January 2027. All documentation and Chimu guides, together with links to optional extensions in Argentina etc were provided efficiently.”

“I rang and spoke to Valentina on 27 Jan after lodging an enquiry on Mon 26th. She was very responsive and personable. She answered our queries regarding Antarctica cruise on 20 March. Quote with flight details provided. However itinerary loaded into system had our return flights booked before we had docked in Ushuaia. This was fixed within 24hrs but the system should have been checked prior to loading so the frontline agents know everything is correct and not up to the passenger to identify the problem.”

“Disappointed at first that we were unable to book due to overwhelming response to the Greenland tour, however Lisa promised to ring the following week if there was a cancellation. I was not at all hopeful, but the next morning Lisa was back with the ideal cabin and I promptly completely the deposit through the easy to follow link. Lisa has exceptional customer service and followed through well above my expectations. Now Im sure the rest of the trip will excel!”
