“The Chimu staff are very knowledgeable helpful and friendly and have an in-depth knowledge on all the Antarctica and South America trips/ destinations . They can book flights, trips & accomodation for you. I have used Chimu on 3 previous trips. They are an Australian company based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland”

“I have just booked my trip to Antartica with Lisa from Chimu who has been vey professional and prompt in answering any of my queries. I used Chimu last year to go to Machu Piccu and the Amazon and was very impressed then as I am again now.”

“I rang and spoke to Valentina on 27 Jan after lodging an enquiry on Mon 26th. She was very responsive and personable. She answered our queries regarding Antarctica cruise on 20 March. Quote with flight details provided. However itinerary loaded into system had our return flights booked before we had docked in Ushuaia. This was fixed within 24hrs but the system should have been checked prior to loading so the frontline agents know everything is correct and not up to the passenger to identify the problem.”
