“Valentina was our consultant. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She spoke with us immediately when we called, we didn't need to wait for a call back. She emailed in answer to our questions very promptly. We had a million questions, and she was very patient with us. She informed us that she will be travelling on the tour we chose and we look forward to meeting her. Our sincere thanks.”

“I've only just booked a 2027 trip to Antarctica. Erica has been fantastic in finding the best price. Erica has been 3 times so she definitely knows what she's talking about. She is extremely helpful abd friendly”

“I travel a lot and usually book it all myself but booking through Chimu for this trip has made it so much easier. It's a great thought that there will be someone at each stop holding my name up on a card, with transfers all done and a single point of contact for all of the trip. The enthuasism and attention to detail has been superb.”
