Chimu Argentina were well organised and very professional in their aproach. An example would be the preparation of a dedicated itiniery for our travels. Chimu Chile were less well organised. An example was the failure to advise us of the need to book our daily excursions at Hotel Las Torres prior to arrival. This failure made it very difficult for us to achieve the excursions we wished because they were fully booked. The management at Hotel Las Torres told us this was a common occurence with Chimu.
