Chimu (Lisa Easton) worked with my wife and I professionally and quickly right from our intital contact about undertaking an Antarctic expedition cruise. Lisa handled all our many questions and enquiries with speed and grace, showing no frustration at our numerous contacts. She also provided quite a bit of time giving advice (from her own experience of such a curise) on matters to do with clothing, suitable things to take, making the whole exercise for us so much smoother. She wasn't in control of the weather, but it was clear, with blue bird days - just spectacular! It made the whole experience incredibly memorable.
