Bottom line: Do not use Chisholm Hunter - they only care about the sale and then provide honestly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They will not reply to your emails and will not send you what you want because they do not pay attention to details and do not care about keeping their customers in the loop. Isaac Brown should not be working in their customer services department.
Two months down the line and I still do not have the watch and strap I originally ordered - unbelievable.
In detail:
Ordered a nomos metro + small size strap from their website end of August after speaking with Isaac Brown through their online chat function.
Received the watch the following day only to find that the watch was clearly not new - the leather watch strap was very worn, turning brown with creases in the strap and even turning green on the underside of the strap. In addition the small strap they sent me didn't have a buckle or clasp - i.e. useless.
Contacted them immediately and complained, Isaac agreed to order a brand new one from Nomos direct.
Heard nothing for a month, so contacted Chisholm Hunter myself, who reported the order had been made, BUT they had no idea if the request had been received by nomos or if the watch had been dispatched. Isaac again said he would sort this for me and email me to update of the estimated arrival date. again heard nothing for a few days. Had to contact Chisholm again myself. No reply. Emailed Isaac again - no reply.
In the end had to go online to chat and ask to put in a formal complaint before I got to speak to Dustin the manager. He was more helpful and arranged a partial discount to compensate for my time wasted and poor customer service. And agreed to finally send me a new watch strap.
Two weeks later, still not received watch strap, had to email again and then received a large watch strap which was too big (I had specified all along a small or medium)
Again had to contact them to complain, no replies to two emails. Spoke to Isaac via online chat - again said he would sort it and I asked him to confirm by email. No email received.
Today had to complain again and got through to Dustin who has said he will sort it and send a new strap out today/tomorrow. Let's see what turns up...
I'd recommend you buy elsewhere.
