Absolutely appalling company and even worse customer service.
I was in charge of getting a leaving present for a much valued colleague at work and choose a beautiful pair of Thomas Sarbo earrings. I ordered them on line and 8 days later I contacted them to see where the earring were. 3 days after that I receive a reply to say they werent in stock!
I asked them to call me immediately to rectify the situation as I needed a leaving present.
4 messages and 3 days later I’m still waiting a reply and a long standing member of my team left today without a gift.
They still have my money and have not issued a refund.
Please avoid at all costs.
