I have used yourselves in the past by visiting stores and I've always had good service. I purchased my wife's engagement ring many years ago too and the customer service was brilliant but this purchase hasn't been.
I appreciate things are difficult right now but the whole process has been awful. The ring I purchased wasn't available so you agreed to resize another which I was fine with. The processing dates were longer than expected but again I overlooked this. The ring arriving as completely the wrong size I cannot overlook though and I am still waiting for a response on this.
