Warranty card and watch tool that should have been included were missing and Chisholm Hunter failed to resolve this beyond an initial reply. (Thankfully Bremont resolved it directly). Watch displayed some very minor signs of wear (strap creasing and a small case mark) but as it was discounted I can live with these although they should've been described in the details. The watch took longer to arrive than the website indicated and I had to call to check it was despatched as there was no email to inform of this. Hence only average score.
