I bought a sale item, and had not received a tracking number or an email confirmation that the watch had been sent out. Chased it up to find out it was in a store that could only send it out after lock down. Another week goes by and I get an email saying the watch is out of stock two weeks after me paying for it! Meaning they sold my watch. I say my watch as I had already payed for it. So I asked for them to get me another as it was there fault. The company has now discontinued the watch. Worst experience ever! Was supposed to be a wedding gift for my fiancé. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. They do not honour the customer service nor do they honour their customers! Do NOT SHOP HERE
