Purchased a watch as a gift for my wife for Valentines Day. It arrived on time which was brilliant as it had to be posted out on Friday for a Saturday possible delivery to me. However I had specifically asked for the bracelet to be sized (by removing links) to a specific measured length, and this was overlooked so we have decided to wait for when our local (Wigan) CH shop opens after lockdown to take watch in then to be done.
