I have been without my Michael Kors watch for well over a year throughout lockdown. I called in without an appointment today. Saturday 29th May 2021 and received excellent service. Watch is now fully repaired and back on my wrist. A big shout-out to Tom for his excellent service and advice - I will most definitely be returning for future purchases 😀
