I had bought a watch online for my daughters 40th birthday, she loves it but it was too loose fitting on her wrist. She took the watch back to to Chisholm Hunter in Silverburn where they adjusted the watch wristband, there was no additional cost and she said the staff were very friendly and helpful and she absolutely loves the watch.
