When I ordered the watch online they never gave me a date for uplift from the store. I then phoned the helpline and all they could tell me it hadn't left the warehouse. Another call to the helpline and they said it had just been delivered to the store. I waited 3 days before I went to pick it up and they told me it was not there. I had to wait in the shop till they chased it up and eventually found it through the back shop.
