Good delivery, although watch bracelet not adjusted as requested at time of order. Given option to have adjusted and claim for cost which I did but had to chase refund that I was led to believe would be as soon as receipt was submitted.
Customer services were initially very helpful but failed to get back to me as promised on two occasions which is not a good way to treat customers.
