I visited the Silverburn store in Glasgow today and was kindly greeted by Evelyn. She was very helpful after initially realising the watch I wanted to purchase had been discontinued by Gucci, she was quick to advice on a selection of different brands and different shades from what I previously had looked at. Her attention to detail was nothing but exceptional, she was so natural in her job and the experience was so simple and relaxed. Very much looking forward to wearing my Longines watch.
