I visited the silverburn branch to pick out a ring for my wife’s 30th. The store was lovely, brightly lit and very clean and tidy. We dealt with Evelyn who was really friendly and more than happy to help us find a ring style that suited. From getting advice about fit and stone types to walking us through payment options and services it was a very enjoyable experience. I have been in sales a long time and can recognise a store that takes customer experience seriously and Evelyn definitely did the store justice in providing us with a product we love and a memorable day.
