Watches put into Stirling store for repair on 29 August. Still not back. Repair was a simple battery replacement for one watch and a service and reseal for another. Email to customer service received a quick response but still no watches back. Email and letter to CEO received no response as yet. Two high end watches, and a simple repair takes three months and counting. I'm speechless as to my thoughts on Chisolm Hunter, Rado and Raymond Weil.
